1. Completed Application Forms
   (Either Online Application or Printed and Mailed)

2. Academic Transcripts
   - Attested photocopy of secondary school marksheet
   - Attested photocopy of high school marksheet
   - Attested college transcripts
   - Recommendation letters
   - Statement of purpose

3. Test Score Reports
   - Toefl score report
   - SAT score report (if available)
   - GRE or GMAT score report (if available)

4. Financial Documents
   - Letter of support from a parent or sponser stating the amount of funds available for your education in the USA
   - A signed bank statement showing funds available and the average fund balance for the past year
   - Affidavit of Support
   - Photocopy of your passport

5. Processing Fee
   You can pay the application fee of US $ 995 online by credit card or by demand draft.
   
   To pay by demand draft, please send a demand draft of Rs. 7,500 in favour of "Eazy Softech Private Limited" payable at Gurgaon.
